Terms and Conditions

If you would like to return or exchange an item purchased on www.AcoutinCustom.com, please send us a request at AcoutinCustom@gmail.com for a return authorization within 10 days of delivery date.

We offer returns for either store credit, a refund in the original form of payment.

No refund will be taken into consideration if the return instructions are not strictly respected. In case the product has any deterioration other than the manufacturing defects (if any), AcoutinCustom.com has the exclusive and unilaterally right to decide a partial refund accordingly. In case of a valid return, your account will be credited within 15 days from the receiving of the returned products, or we can exchange the product after your confirmation.

Please note that ALL drums are custom MADE TO ORDER and cannot be accepted for returns as they are made especially for you. It is under your responsibility to select your preferred Model, Badge Finish, Size, Snare Wires & Throw Off options. 

-  Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging. 

-  We cannot refund or take returns on drums that have been used. 

-  Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded and return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer.
